Direct Services – $193.99 per hour
Includes face-to-face time with your Speech Pathologist:
- Therapy sessions
- Assessment administration
- Strategy training and skill-building support
- Collaborative discussion of goals, needs, and progress
- Personalised coaching and feedback
- Therapy materials and follow-up recommendations provided after sessions
Indirect Services – $193.99 per hour
Includes all preparation and follow-up work that supports effective therapy:
- Session planning and goal development
- Creation of customised therapy resources
- Documentation and clinical note-taking
- Professional communication with support networks (e.g., educators, carers, allied health teams)
- Transcription and analysis of speech/language samples
- Scoring and interpretation of assessment data
- Report writing, documentation for funding (e.g., NDIS), and professional letters
- Relevant phone or email communication
These tasks are often completed outside of direct sessions but are essential for providing high-quality, individualised support.
Travel Fees (for out-of-clinic services)
Travel is charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines and includes both labour and non-labour components. Please contact us for a personalised travel estimate based on your location.
Letters & Reports

Services may include:
- Scoring and interpretation of relevant assessments
- Development of individualised therapy recommendations and goals
- Preparation of formal letters or comprehensive reports (e.g. for NDIS, schools, or other professionals)
- Provision of an electronic copy for your records
Time required for letter or report preparation will be discussed with your Speech Pathologist in advance

- Fee covers both the time spent in communication and associated documentation or record-keeping
- Consultations are arranged in advance, with consent obtained prior to any charges being applied
